Terms & Conditions

I (Customer) agree to the following terms and conditions for the rental of described services.

  1. Pricing & Payment:
    1. Customer agrees to pay base fee for the container, which includes a limited weight of materials, as well as any overages incurred due to overloading or additional days requested by the Customer. Weight Limits are 40 yd: 6 ton, 30 yd: 5 ton, 20 yd: 4 ton, 12 yd: 3 ton. Due to strict weight limitations, as well as associated dump fees, any additional materials will be billed at $60 per ton above the noted tonnage, up to 5 tons. After the base weight and the additional 5 tons, charges will be $150.00 per ton.
    2. Customer is responsible for any additional fees assessed by the landfill for certain items such as tires, appliances, etc.
    3. This container rental includes use for up to 30 days. If a container is kept for longer without prior consent, there may be an additional fee of $20/day.
    4. If Industrial Recyclers’ driver comes out to provide service (delivery, pick up, exchange) and is turned away or unable to provide the requested service due to improper loading, inability to access the dumpster or any other reason out of the control of Industrial Recyclers, a trip charge of $150 will be incurred.
    5. Payment for all base fees, as well as any known additional rental time, will be due upon delivery of the container. Any additional fees due to overweight, additional handling fees, trip charges or other fees not paid for upon delivery are due within 10 days of container being picked up.
    6. Any balance not paid within set terms will start to accrue 15% interest from the date of pickup until paid in full. There will be a minimum of a $25.00 late fee. If credit card information is on file, overages will be charged immediately.
  • #2. Use of Dumpsters: 
    • While refuse dumpsters are in Customer’s possession:
      • Customer will not place or allow to be placed into the dumpster:
        • substances hazardous to health such as toxic or corrosive materials or liquids; ammunition or explosives
        • any liquids of any kind whether contained or not;
        • cans, drums, or other containers of any kind unless they are empty and crushed; so incapable of carrying any liquid;
        • medical waste or animal carcasses of any kind;
        • tanks unless they are dry, odor free and cut in half
        • any other material not listed above however considered unsuitable for containment e.g. malodorous waste; Including but not limited to: asbestos, paint, tires, gas bottle, Freon-containing units, capacitors, TVs, fluorescent tubes, light bulbs, vehicle batteries, computer monitors, liquids and solvents.
      • Customer will not fill any dumpster higher than the top of its sides and will load in such a manner as to prevent spillage of material from the refuse dumpster either while stationary or in transit.
      • Light fires in the dumpster;
      • Customer is responsible for any damages to the container other than normal wear and tear while it is in the customer’s possession.
  • #3 Access and Ground Conditions:
    • The customer will be responsible for the provision of free and suitable access to and from the delivery site (including the removal and reinstatement of local obstructions) and for ensuring suitable ground conditions for the delivery, placement and removal of the dumpster. No responsibility will be accepted for the damage to any surface and you should therefore take steps to protect surfaces before delivery.
  • Should the container cause damage to the concrete or asphalt during loading or unloading, Industrial Recyclers is only responsible if this is due to our negligence. We have specifically identified that heavy containers may cause damage and that the placement of these heavy containers is the site manager’s responsibility in determining a suitable placement to minimize the sites exposure to this type of damage.
  • Should the Customer fail to make the container available for pickup, Industrial Recyclers maintains the right to enter upon the premises where the container may be, without notice, and take possession of and remove it at the Customer’s expense, all without legal process, the Customer hereby waving any claims for damages from any such entry, taking, or removal.

# 4. Guarantee of Payment: The Customer’s signature on this rental agreement or payment of our services will constitute both corporate and personal guarantee to Industrial Recyclers that any and all invoices will be paid in full, including any overages or penalties incurred.
